Cabinet material
Our cabinetry is made from high quality 3/4″ birch plywood which includes the back panel of each cabinet. This results in a much stronger, longer lasting cabinet that won’t swell with contact to water like cheaper materials will. Many other companies use inferior particle board for their boxes and construct them with a 1/8″ thick MDF back panel, which results in a weaker cabinet

Door Material
We have access to hundreds of options of door materials including painted lacquer, melamine, natural barn wood, and many other options. We often do custom finishes for each individual project to ensure that we can get exactly what you are looking for

Counter tops
We exclusively use granite and quartz counter tops on account of their superior durability, as well as their beautiful and varied and appearance. As with door material, we have access to many options so that we can find something that will work perfectly for your project

Appliances
Stainless steel appliances of different styles help to provide a clean and stylish appearance to any kitchen, whether it be a induction range or a side by side refrigerator and freezer

Fixtures 
Beyond just the choices in necessary materials, we can also offer a variety of choices in different faucets, lighting fixtures, and other finishing touches to make your project truly suit your personal taste. Unique options such as apron sinks and blind corner units are just some of the many options that we provide to make your kitchen or bathroom yours

    Initial Consultation

    Free of charge. Have Blue Bridge Cabinetry & Design come out to your soon-to-be-renovated space, or meet us at a location convenient to you with blueprints for your new build.

    We’ll outline different cabinet, cabinetry and design options, discuss countertop, flooring, backsplash, lighting, and general appliance choices. We’ll take measurements, and provide you with a useful price estimate range for any home remodeling choices. Be sure to check out the Blue Bridge Designs portfolio page for some creative ideas!

    Per Hour Renovation Design Consultation

    Just need some helpful, specific advice on how to renovate your space? Overwhelmed by countertop, paint, lighting, flooring, and appliance choices? Having difficulty trying to figure out how to make best use of a difficult space? Doing it yourself, but short of ideas and inspiration?

    For $75 per hour (within the Capital Regional District) we’ll give you specific recommendations, and targeted, personalized consultation, designed to make your home renovation project an outstanding success.

    Kitchen Design Drafting

    Need design drawings or blueprints? We’ll create a set of measured, scaled diagrams (both paper and CAD based) to NKBA standards with respect to dimensions and layout recommendations for your remodeling project.

    The diagram set includes overhead and full elevation diagrams, lighting plan; appliance cutouts and outlets double checked as per specific manufacturers recommendations, for a flat fee of $1,500. This fee is fully credited towards your purchase, if you chose to have us provide your cabinets & cabinetry.

    Fully Custom Cabinetry

    Beautiful, personally designed kitchen, bathroom and general cabinetry with absolutely no compromises. Locally built by highly skilled, individual craftsmen. A near infinite assortment of choices in finish, wood type, and configuration. Made with pride on South Vancouver Island.

    Semi-Custom Cabinetry

    For the slightly more budget conscious, we offer a semi-custom line of cabinetry. Fewer style choices than our fully custom cabinetry. All semi-custom cabinetry is made in Washington State (which, although they fly a different flag, is still kind of local).

    Full Kitchen (or Bath) Renovation or Project Management

    We do everything from supplying cabinets, to handling all aspects of a home remodel. We have extensive experience in coordinating all necessary trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, drywallers, painters, floor installation crews, etc.). Your remodeling project will be in capable hands.
